To help you stay ahead, CTU, represented by FEE and MIAS, and prg.ai have designed an exclusive four-day executive course tailored for forward-thinking business professionals eager to harness AI for strategic decision-making, marketing, corporate learning, human capital management, machine learning, computer vision, robotics, and AI-driven business implementation.
This course is part of the pilot modules for the Joint Executive Program organized within the EuroTeQ project. The EuroTeQ Project is a collaborative initiative between several leading European technical universities to foster cross-border education, research, and innovation. It focuses on creating a pan-European ecosystem for engineering education, emphasizing interdisciplinary learning, industry collaboration, and sustainability.
Course Structure & Content
Day 1
On Day 1, participants will explore how AI is revolutionizing industries, through real-world case studies that demonstrate its application in corporate strategy, competitive advantage, and operational efficiency. They will actively engage in strategic decision-making exercises, using AI-driven tools to analyze market trends, customer insights, and predictive analytics. We will talk about Immersive Customer Experience, directly linked to Kotler’s Marketing 6.0, multisensory engagement, AI-powered personalization, metaverse-driven brand experiences, and marketing in the metaverse and blockchain.
Day 2
On Day 2, the focus will shift toward AI’s transformative role in corporate learning, workforce development, and HR strategies. As organizations navigate the rapidly evolving business landscape, AI-driven recruitment, adaptive learning, and workforce automation are becoming essential for staying competitive. This day combines interactive workshops, real-world case studies, and peer discussions to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to future-proof their talent management strategies.
Day 3
On Day 3, distinguished speakers with deep expertise in AI principles and hands-on experience in practical applications will provide participants with a strong foundation in machine learning and AI, covering key concepts and methodologies. The day will also delve into specialized AI fields such as computer vision, robotics, automotive, and large language models.
