Other prerequsites: Knowledge at the level of a complete university course in chemistry. Completion of basic practical university courses in chemistry. Medical examination and instructed to work in the monitored zone, or radiation worker category A or B.
Annotation:

The course is aimed at training students in laboratory practice and preparing them to work with open emitters in basic laboratory operations such as pipetting, extraction or chromatographic techniques. Attention is given to surface decontamination and laboratory accident recovery, working behind shielding and in the glove box.

Structure:

In this course, students will gain knowledge of the basics of working in a radiochemical laboratory and basic radiochemical techniques. Graduates will be able to work in a radiochemistry laboratory with open radioactive sources.
